Went to Chicago, Pennsylvania and South Carolina to deliver statues. That was a nightmare, but I don't have time to go into it. Worst part of trip, Ray backing into the guy in Chicago's security gate. Best part of the trip, Washington D.C. for a very short visit. Kelly picked up sugar gliders on his way to South Carolina. We now have Frankie and Mariella at our house who appear to be crazy mad in love. Hopefully we'll have babies in the not too distant future.
Started classes 3 weeks ago. One class is going very well, one I am having technical difficulties with. I haven't been able to log into the class online in two weeks. The tech support people are not being very helpful. Our IT guy here at ISAC has also not been so helpful.
New house is very slowly coming along. I have also inherited the import business a little earlier than anticipated. So I am juggling both jobs as well as the Chili's one night a week and class. As if that wasn't enough to keep me more than overwhelmed, I went to my first animal auction on Saturday. Most of you may know that I am a sucker for small cute animals. I am now the proud (at least partial) owner of 2 baby lambs, 3 sheep, 3 goats and one pony. Rylan wanted a pony and grandma and grandpa readily contributed to the purchase of one for him. There were 3 lambs, but one died the first night. So, now I am trying to find time to take adequate care of all the little critters on our hobby zoo as we affectionately call it. Our favorite goat, Casper is adorable. He is pretty small, all white and he lets you carry him around like a baby, even giving out an occasional kiss. He comes up to the door and tries to get into the house, he jumped in the van when I opened the door. I'm pretty attached to him already, even if we can't get them to stay inside the fence. They are free range goats; we've given up on trying to secure them. And for the first few days until we got the electric fence to work properly, we have free range sheep as well. That seems to be under control now.
Monday night Ray and I went to the Tom Petty concert. It was a great show and a lot of fun.
That's all I have time for now.
